The foundation of our family business began with Ralph Rullis Sr., a man whose dedication knew no limits. He worked day and night, tirelessly building his business. He had an unwavering commitment to the families he served. His work was far more than a job. It was a calling. Even after his passing, the values he built this company on continue to guide us.

After Ralph Sr.’s passing, the business was entrusted to his son, Ralph Rullis, Jr. He carried forward his father’s passion with the same steady hands, dedication, and strong work ethic. Under his leadership, the company grew while staying true to the principles that defined it: dedication, respect, quality, and family.

I’ve worked alongside my father, Ralph Jr., for many years, and I’m proud to carry on what he and my grandfather built. We share the same passion, the same standards, and the same commitment to the families we serve. No matter which location of ours someone walks into, they’re getting the heart of our family.

Daughter of Laurie Rullis, Hayley brings a natural warmth and friendliness to the family business. She has a gift for connecting with families — forming relationships easily, listening with genuine care, and making people feel understood during some of the most emotional moments of their lives. She has the ability to bring her families ideas to life through brainstorming and connection. 

Summer Calise, Laurie's daughter, works alongside her family with pride, hoping to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather and great‑grandfather. She keeps customers actively informed to ensure nothing goes unsaid. She specializes in adding lettering to memorials, guiding them with clarity, speed, care, and an empathetic, genuine heart.
